Our blade production in New Jersey was opened in 2016, since then it has been growing. Well-trained employees ensure highest quality.

Raw materials

We only process flawless raw material from certified manufactures. Our cutting blades are made only from the best quality.

Cut to length

Special devices are used for exact cutting to length of the knives. Our employees cut each knife individually.

Welding

A team of highly qualified and experienced employees welds and grinds the cutting blades on our specialized machines. Grinding after welding levels the weld seam. Each knife is carefully checked and analyzed after welding. The control of the knife back is realized with analog or digital measuring devices. The control of the height stop is carried out by means of a dial gauge.

Precision grinding

By using high precision grinding machines, many years of experience and our qualified staff, we can take individual customer requests and fulfill them with the promise of the best quality.
