• Grinding unit

  Efficient grinding with a very stable and powerful motor-driven grinding unit with cup wheel grinding disks.

• Cutting angle adjustment

  Through motor-driven swivelling of the cutting unit from -1 to +6°, optimal cutting angles are created and sheets of precise thicknesses can be cut.

• Vacuum unit

  The vacuum unit ensures an optimal fixation of the material to be cut during the cutting process.

Options

• Loading and unloading conveyors

  The loading and unloading conveyors enable automatic loading and unloading for a continuous flow of production. They enable the use in a cutting line. To be positioned upstream and downstream of the machine.

• Reinforced table drive

  The reinforced table drive is necessary for total block weights over 400 kg or for a table length of 3300 mm or longer.

• Working table with perforated belts

  The machine can then additionally be equipped with loading and unloading conveyors. This equipment enables fully automatic work processes.

• Central holder for bandage

  The manually movable center support increases the bandage stability when cutting materials with high volume weights and compression hardnesses, such as PU rebond foam and visco foam.

• Cooling unit

  In order to guarantee a safe operation of the machine, the entire interior of the switch cabinet is cooled.

• Silicone spraying device

  The silicone spraying device wets the knife binding at intervals, minimizing the frictional forces between the binding and the material to be cut. This reduces sheet offset.
